Conservation Plan

The Arlington County board voted on the resolution to accept the update of the Alcova Heights Conservation Plan.

The neighborhood can move ahead with projects. Having an approved plan gives us point advantage to a project we submit.

Thanks to Marie Van Ness, Kelly Holly, Bill Rapp, and Sara Uzel for all their work on the plan.

The AHCA has submitted two previous conservation plans: 1999 and 1967 (thanks to Mike Rhode)
